Kibbles? Bits?

I'm pouring bowls of Cheerios for my kids this morning, musing on how I've never really liked Cheerios—the smell, the taste, the texture, the milk-sog—and suddenly it hits me: Cheerios are dog food. For small children. It's too obvious to even bother saying, right?

    YES! Not to mention when I suspect the kids will wake up too early I'll leave a movie cued up on the TV so all they have to do is start it, and a big bowl of dry cheerios sitting on the floor for them. The same way I put a big bowl of food out for the dogs (the dogs don't get a movie though).
